- Women Who are pregnant
- Patients with liver disease
- Hypersensitivity to the medication
- Presence of significant ovarian cysts

- Abdominopelvic discomfort/distention/bloating
- Vasomotor flushes
These symptoms usually stop after the treatment cycle.
